They provide fake bookings and they have fake website mimicking the airlines website. They try to scam you through convincing you to check the fake airlines website they create. Horrible.

They are trust worthy with excellent services I feel grateful to have this company to sort out the ticket. This is the first time that my little kid travels abroad alone, and they helped us for our last second request (a few hours before the flight departed). The customer service staff were bravo. They stayed awake until midnight in my time zone and wait for my kid got into the gate successfully to make sure things went smoothly and successfully. Really appreciated.
