Mixed experience Mixed experience with Newton Group. For the amount of money I was paying, entering the process was skechy just like the Timeshare industry. Communications were few and far between with vague information. After nine months they said I don't own my timeshare anymore, but I have yet to received a document to that effect. I guess I'll have to wait until I don't get my annual maintenance bill.

Success! When I received a letter from Newton Group about selling my timeshare, I thought here is another one. But then I remembered my brother mentioning selling his TS through Newton so... The rest is history. The meeting in my hometown was well organized and I thought the "investment" was worth a try. I was RIGHT. Newton Group was exceptional and very professional in handling the transaction. Again, Thank You Newton Group!

I am now timeshare free. They did everything they said they would in the expected timeframe ~8 months from start. Note too that I had to do my part each step of they way (I made it a point to hit same day quick turnaround - some paper-work on my side). Saved me $2400 dues in November 2023.
