A seamless experience Prompt greeting upon arrival. Shuttle frequency both ways is excellent. Assistance with luggage on and off shuttle is helpful. I easily make a reservation online and I easily make a reservation online and when I pull in it takes 2 seconds to register. There is always someone there to put you bags on the bus and enough time to grab one of the complimentary coffee and doughnut. When we come back the bus shows up in minutes after our call to the office and our car is in front with all the completed paperwork. What else can you ask for?
