When we arrived, the check-in was simple and the attendent was very patient and helpful. The shuttle was timely for drop off and pick up. Our vehicle was pulled up and ready to go when we returned. I would definitely park here again.

Shuttle driver so very accommodating with our luggage and super friendly. Best experience I have ever had with transportation to/from JFK. Will use Jiffy always. Kept saying “Jiffy took our car in a jiff, the shuttle arrived in a jiff and our car was waiting for us in a jiff:) Plus, delicious coffee was courtesy when I paid for terrific service at a fantastic price.

A+++ great service. Very close to the airport. The shuttle driver was ready and waiting when we arrived around midnight. Car was waiting for us when we arrived at their location. Everyone was so helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Very efficient service Very efficient service. Car in good shape after 12 day stay. Would advice they change language for online reservation form. Using terms arrival and departure is confusing. I assumed it was my flight times. At check out we arrived to parking lot 1.5 hrs after plane arrival time. They tried to charge an extra day but after explaining they did wave it. Make sure you have good directions as it is a little hard to find.

Shuttle drivers were pleasant and helpful. Followed the instructions for our return, which were texted to me, and the car was waiting when we got off the shuttle. Wait time for the return shuttle was a bit longer than expected, but overall a good experience at a very reasonable price.
