GBAutomated Exit Issues My online reservation was quick and easy; however, upon exiting the garage late at night, wanting to go home… Many people were finding it difficult to use the automated gate exit. We waited about 20 to 30 minutes before we were able to exit due to multiple confused people. Other drivers, had to exit their cars while in line to exit, to assist confused people at the automated gate. I myself had no problem but multiple others did. I had also been expecting a live person working at the gate. If possible, improvement may be needed at the exit gate.

GBI am wondering why the exit near the… I am wondering why the exit near the airport entrance is still closed forcing customers to exit directly onto Post Road heading north only. If someone wants to go south, they have to make a long detour around.

GBWe always have a great experience using… We always have a great experience using Red Beam. Even when our most recent travel got all messed up due to airline issues, they promptly and kindly refunded me the unused portion of our parking stay. GBLove this garage Booked the garage on the way to the airport! We were planning on using the long term E-lot, but decided to check out garage C. It was available, close to the terminal, and actually less expensive. I love using this garage!

GBSmooth parking experience with Red Beam… Smooth parking experience with Red Beam Garage. Only downfall we had is that we forgot to scan our barcode when entering so it does not allow you to scan it when paying so we ended up paying for an extra day
