However, when I looked at the booking sites, it showed the most affordable price, but the most important thing was that the customer score was very high. Now I understand why it is high. I made a mistake while planning my flight and that's how I bought my ticket. Despite this, customer representative Greyson understood the situation and took care of it immediately. He managed the process step by step and eventually did many of the procedures on my behalf.
