Farid was amazing in the preparation and on the D day! Farid was amazing in answering all the questions about the organization and helping to solve all issues with paiement online for example. He was very reactive, quick and efficient in his answers. Besides, he provided us a very qualitative guide speaking very well french as we were a family group of 10 french people and my parents were very demanding on having a french speaker driver which was quite a challenge from what I understood. Everything was corresponding to what we planned before, drivers were on time and lodges were amazing ! I recommend it without any doubt 😀
