They gave great insight as to what we could expect on our trip, and they answered all of my questions as I prepared. Upon our arrival, we had great personnel, who met us as soon as we exited the airplane, and throughout our experience, they were with us every step of the way. While in Israel, IBMT representatives called to check on us numerous times. We had absolutely no issues. The transportation was wonderful, the accommodations and food were top notch, and the service was unequaled. It is with great confidence that I HIGHLY recommend IBMT to anyone leading a group. Each participant on our trip was very pleased with all aspects of the experience; no exceptions. I WILL use IBMT for all my group travels.
