DIA is a superhero... gill international travel Ltd is the best In north India I had arrived in India from the USA in feb 2020 to visit my sister in Chennai , and unfortunately was stranded here due to the lockdown caused by the pandemic, I was constantly in touch with DIA and to my surprise she was so patient and nice with me each and every time I called ... she always responded to my calls and messages even though there were no flights operating , she always assured me that she is constantly trying to get a ticket back to the USA at the earliest and will instantly inform me as soon as the bookings open up... her kindness , professionalism and patience is beyond any good words that I can speak , and I’d like to thank DIA and everyone at gill international travel for helping me fly back home ... Gill Travels did the best while providing the best price for our travel to India but we could not travel because of Covid but they provided us complete refund for a non refundable fare. Will use again when things will go back normal. Thanks to Dia, she went beyond her duties to keep us posted and made sure we got the full refund.
