We visited 6 cities in Germany, focused mainly on Bavaria. Every hotel was well located, the tours were exceptionally good, and the transfers from city to city were flawless. We heard from our local contact every day. Having traveled all over the world relying on our own planning, we really appreciated JayWay’s spot-on arrangements and advice.

Two trips and two great experiences This is our second trip with JayWay and once again they helped us make a memorable trip to Antalya, Konya and Cappadocia As for our favorite memory from the trip, hands down Cappadocia.. the hotel, balloon ride, tour guide. JayWay has great website, quick answers to questions, great guides and ideas, lots of choices and reasonable cost.

This experience was apalling This experience was apalling. The travel agent ghosted me for weeks to go over the fine details of my trip to Central Europe and never fulfilled my needs to hold my hand for a 26 day trip. They were unresponsive to my requests and unable to fulfill my itinerary because they did not have relationships with tour people and vendors for my locations and requested activities. For example bike riding tours in various cities. I tried hard to work with them but I had to go elsewhere. The agent was cairn and he was a pompous ass.

Personalized and detailed trip planning We just returned from Croatia on a trip planned with JayWay. It was amazing! JayWay makes it super easy to plan a trip from start to finish. Every detail is taken care of, communication is clear and detailed, friendly, responsive and helpful. We felt very prepared going into the trip having the thorough itinerary in hand. When little changes needed to happen along the way our Croatian rep was very responsive and helpful. This is our second trip with JayWay and will continue to travel with them in the future. They take their knowledge of the areas and worked with us to provide a personalized trip that we loved!

If I could give 10 stars If I could give 10 stars, I would. Most complete, thorough, friendly, understanding, flexible travel agency I have ever worked with. Cecilia was a wonderful first contact and initial planner. Valentina and Flavia were our local Italy concierges. Our itinerary was well planned and very personalized. They were available and responsive anytime we had any issues… train cancellation, getting lost in Venice. Valentina met us at our first hotel. Venice, Florence, Rome, Sorrento. All hotels were wonderful. The private drivers for our transfers and private tours became our friends. Everything was first class and exceptional. We were totally spoiled. Memories that will last forever
