Wonderful experience parking my car for 13 days I parked at Park By The Ports for two weeks with no problem. I had purchased a Groupon and the entire experience was so simple. Within 10 minutes of arriving, we were already on a shuttle to the airport. On my way back, it was just as easy - I called and the shuttle arrived in 15 minutes! Everyone was as friendly and professional as can be.

Poor pick up service wait time Need more than one vehicle for after cruise pickup. I waited for almost two hours for a pickup because I one van could not hold my family. That's unreasonable for a big cruise especially during summer when families are traveling with kids.

EXCELLENT service! Even when our flight was delayed for almost 5 hours in our return to FLL, Park by the Ports where incredibly punctual on our exit from the baggage claim area. It was so easy to check in with our car! Both the people who attended us during our check in and check out were so nice and friendly that almost made us forget how bad was our return flight. I'll recommend to anyone Park by the Ports, they offer an amazing service for an awesome price. Thank you park by the ports!

Very quick pickups Very quick pickups, wonderful people. Secure location. We left a bag behind, and called he next day. They were on top of it and arranged to have it shipped to us. Great experience, highly recommend.

We were able to get a shuttle to the… We were able to get a shuttle to the Fort Lauderdale airport in the middle of the night. Very few offer that service. When we flew back to Fort Lauderdale, one phone call and they came to pick us up at their special location in 10 minutes. Could not be more pleased.
