Returnee many times over Alice G has been my travel agent for many vacations and I can't say enough how she goes the extra mile for me and my traveling partners. She has let the resorts know if it's a special celebration trip and if I'm returning to a particular resort chain she has gone up and beyond to make sure we have a great room (Even when they have been overbooked!) With this being my first cruise there is some additional information that could of been helpful I did not think to ask. They will book flights but was told they get no discount so I went a head and booked our flights. Not having any experience with cruises I booked a later flight. It maybe helpful to let customers know that is not necessary so they don’t have to spend all day in the airport. We didn’t get home til 2 am.

I don’t recommend Ciconia travel Ciconia travel stated in writing that I would receive a Jordan pass when I visited Jordan in December 2022, then reneged. It cost me 52 dollars and a lot of time in the airport. When notified, they gave an evasive, negative reply instead of reimbursing me. They need to learn what breach of contract is and not promise what they don’t intend to deliver. The trip was supposed to be a luxury trip. It was not. Ok, but not special.

Eastern Seaboard and Caribbean Island Cruise Crystal is one of the premier luxury cruise lines. From the moment of boarding the Symphony, till final disembarking, we felt that we were treated like royalty. The food was excellent, the entertainment exceptional, and best of all we made new great friends. Our trip was planned and coordinated by All-Travel. The pre-cruise hotel was good and exceeded expectations.
