The person I spoke most to was so kind, genuine, and funny it almost felt like chatting to a friend - at the same time incredibly professional and went out of her way to resolve issues that kept popping up (on part of the hotel, not Tablet). Arrival, check-in, and check-out were super smooth with the Tablet Plus perks already integrated. Very happy to have finally taken the recommendation to try out Tablet, and no doubt will use again.

Excellent personal touch when needed I used TabletHotels for many years to find "just the right" hotel. Their curated collection has never let me down. I rarely need to interact with a live person since their site is so easy to use. However, I recently needed assistance with a reservation that could not be handled online. I spoke with Yana at TabletHotels and she quickly and pleasantly handled everything. That certainly affirmed why I like to use this site.

I have been a Tablet member for over a… I have been a Tablet member for over a decade and I love this site. I have used it to book stays all over the world and the properties they list completely live up to the photos, descriptions, and reviews. The Tablet team is also very helpful and professional. I always refer my friends and family to Tablet. Having all of your reservations at one website is terrific for longer trips especially. I can quickly pull up a hotel number or address or confirm a booked room or date while traveling. The Tablet Plus program has also provided us some wonderful room upgrades during our travels.
