Great service, would use again in the future! I had booked tickets for a round trip flight to Lebanon for Christmas time. Unfortunately one of the airlines canceled my flight. I was very worried that I wouldn't get a refund. But thanks to Ryan and Joseph from HolidayBreakz, they worked with me to ensure I got fully refunded. I really appreciated how they followed up with me via email and phone to make sure I understood the process.

This is very strange for me to hear for… This is very strange for me to hear for first time that when you do booking for the flight ticket and after booking they say that fares have increased that’s why they kept my ticket on hold. I just want to know why this is the issue for increase in fare as other platforms for booking tickets don’t do this. If they are trying to play some mischievous act then I know to complain against them in consumer forum regarding to this so that no one will face this problem.

Good but needs improvements The booking process was hassle free however after payment was processed and booking was completed they didn’t send me ticket details which caused panic. The ticket was sent over email after almost 25 mins. I was trying to reach out to their customer support but no response. Apart from this, the site is legitimate and booking can be done without worrying
