The first was Peru and the second was Ecuador. Their support pre trip and during the trip was EXCELLENT. They put together both trips to meet our needs and interests. Best trip ever in Peru! Mountain Lodges 7 Day Lares Trek was magical. Guides were incredible, the lodges were lovely, and the food was impeccable. I cried when the trip ended. Detour made the whole booking process so easy, I originally wanted to hike the Inca Trail but the permits were sold out. I was so bummed out, but Greg from Detour convinced me that this trip was just as good. It was that and even more. I am glad Detour had an alternative suggestion which in the end was a better option for me. I am so glad I did this trip!
