Friendly and very welcoming from the moment we walk through the door!!! Wow what a hotel!! We had a fabulous time staying here. Staff made us feel very welcome. Nothing was to much trouble and always went the extra mile. Shuttle bus is a bonus and runs every half hour. Will be staying here again next year! Thank you for a lovely stay. beautiful I went to this hotel for a get away with friends in queens. This hotel is so beautiful. It is also very clean ! Great room service , front desk service and all your belongings will be protected ! Employees truly are there for customers needs and help ! great service

Loved my time at the Ravel The Ravel is located in an industrial area, but don't let that deter you from staying there. The view of the city is beautiful at night. The front desk is generous and most important, the rooms are gorgeous and clean. I would recommend this to anyone in search of a hotel.

Excellent Service and stunning view! I stayed at Ravel for my wedding and I could not be happier with their service. The staff was really nice, and always prompt whenever I need something. The hotel manager was very professional and really helpful. I got ready at their suit the day of my wedding, and needed several things that were not available at the room like an outlet extension lol and the staff provided me with one right away. Not only did i receive great service from the hotel staff, but also great views for picture. Their penthouse suit had a gorgeous view of the city and worked out great for some stunning shots. Their roof top offers just the same. Beautiful view of the city, and great for a nice romantic evening dinner. Whether you book a stay at Ravel or simply go to the rooftop for a nice dinner, the service and view will not disappoint. Friendly staff, awesome service, and stunning view!!!
