Medhat was pleasant and a pleasure doing business with him. 12 day China with Yangtze cruise was enjoyable. The best part was climbing the Great Wall! The hotel in Beijing could be better but overall our experience was excellent.

Trip to the UAE was well planned and thoughtfully executed. The Agents did a good job in planning and responded to our needs and wishes. The Guide and driver were generally good and responsive. We were disappointed that despite the offer of a metro card, the staff picking us up did not have one and we had to wait 3 days to receive it---having to depend on our own for travel. The first day the driver and guide were 20 minutes late because they didn't plan appropriately.

Great Travels Medhat and his staff are excellent with arranging and communicating all aspects of our trip. New Zealand/Australia Trip is our 4th booked trip with Right Travel. We are planning to book more trips with Right Travel. We are very satisfied with Gate 1 services from the time we landed at our destination up to the time we leave to fly back home. Dubai ~ July 31st ~ August 5th, 2022 Our group/KRS Travel, had the distinct pleasure of having Marshall as our tour guide, on our recent trip to Dubai ~ August 1st ~ August 5th, 2021!!!! Marshall’s dedication & passion to ensure that we received the ultimate tour of a lifetime, definitely was achieved. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Marshall’s knowledge & positive daily attitude was very refreshing!!! Whatever was needed to enhance the tour ie. jokes, dance, sermons (call & response) was rendered. 🤣😂🤣😂What is a tour guide w/o his trusted bus driver, whose personality matched Marshall’s!!! Great trip just not in June Our tour guides were awesome and knowledgeable about all the attractions we visited. The trip was too packed with activities in scorching heat with not enough down time to rest or explore on your own.
