Brother Ibrahim helped us all the way from initial quote to staying in touch with us for the duration of entire trip day and night. We received 5 star accomodations including customer service, high quality hotel, personal vehicle for all transaction needs. All we had to do was concentrate on Umrah and not the logistics. Also, I would like to share this with everyone else, the tour over there only 2 hours and it is basically just a drive thru and little of explaining and that’s it. As a first timer traveling, I expected more explaining and times. Just wanted to let brothers on the USA side know. Hotels and everything else are great! Again, brother Mahad(crowne travels)did a really good job from his side and make our first family trip very well. JazakAllah!!!
