Although our travel dates were very close to the peak travel season in December, we got a very nice deal from ekytes via phone booking. The deal was much cheaper than what we could find anywhere online. Mr. Varun provided us an excellent service, also addressing the issues regarding change in flight time etc. We are really happy as a customer and would like to recommend this to anyone interested. Avoid this company. They are not responding whenever I call ekytes travel. I request for refund but everytime, they are saying that it will take time. It's almost about 8 months. They sent me an email before few months, written that they will give me the refund but now they are not even answering the call. Ekytes travel have very bad service regarding to flight booking. I don't recommend anyone to go with ekytes travel. They just want money from us. No service at all. Avoid this company. Absolute Criminals - in anyone's world this is theft. ** AVOID, AVOID, AVOID **
