Missing Secure Online Payment Portal JetNSave has been a helpful, professional company to deal with; this makes it all the more troublesome that they do not have a secure online payment portal to manage transactions remotely. They are easily a 5 star service if they resolve this. Conversely, a failure to deal with this issue in a world of increasing security risks could lower the value of their services.

However kevin and his team allayed all my fears,answered all my questions(which were a lot). They were patient,courteous and professional with me. Kevin has been brilliant! My whole experience with Kevin at JetNSave has been nothing short of 5 star! Whilst a little nervous leading up to departure (I had seen some negative commentary on some travel websites about these types of tickets), Kevin reassured me that everything was above board. All flights have since gone off without any problems. I have made two bookings with Kevin, and he will be my first point of contact when booking international flights.
