Private transport from the airports to… Private transport from the airports to hotels & the returns were efficient, on time, & hospitable. The hotel in Rome did not have the room we'd reserved to accommodate 3 people & the front desk was not supportive in making changes. Front desk staff were NOT at the front desk most of the night, so we couldn't ask for help about anything. Our return stay the night before leaving Italy & flying home was a nightmare. We were in a VERY small room that was actually a 'sitting area' for a room next door & they had tried to 'convert' it to a room for 3 guests with 3 twin beds. 1 bed broke when my friend (who only weighs 150 lbs) sat on it. Front desk staff tried to fix it & we saw that it had been 'rigged' previously with rope under the mattress to support the frame. The 'boutique' hotel in Florence was small & clean, but we caught front desk staff sleeping in another room at night, which explained why no one ever answered the phone when we called. The hotel assured us the desk was manned 24 hrs. We weren't allowed to go to the restaurant area at night at any time to even get a drink. Our shower leaked in the bathroom steadily & we reported it for 3 days & it was not repaired.

Prague, Vienna and Budapest We went on a 10 day trip to Prague, Vienna and Budapest. Generally we are firmly independent travelers, but it seemed worth a try to have Goreal deal with all the hotels, transportation and itinerary planning. And they did an outstanding job! We got to go as fast or slow as we wanted, skip or substitute sights and have dinner without a horde of people. The hotels were lovely and well situated and the guides where college educated history majors. We would definitely use them again.

Fantastic Prague Trip! I recently returned from an 8-day trip to Prague and I had a wonderful time. The airport pick-up was convenient and stress-free, and the accommodations were very comfortable and welcoming. I felt at home. The trip itself was amazing, and the assistance with public transit tickets was very helpful in getting around Prague. I especially appreciated the advice to visit the Vysehrad Fortress, which was a highlight of the trip. I am a musician, so I was happy that they included information on finding the graves of the composers Dvorak and Smetana in the beautiful Vysehrad Cemetery. We had a small hiccup on our trip to Karlovy Vary, but it was quickly remedied and it turned out to be another highlight of the trip. They also handled the ticket purchase for a concert I had found in my trip research. We were on the second row and the performance was exceptional. Their mobile app is also quite comprehensive. Definitely a 5-star experience.

Highly Recommend Go Real Travel Just finished a 16 day vacation that was designed by Martin Wagner @ Go Real Travel and assisted by Samantha Barbagallo. Had a great time. The private tours were terrific. The itinerary was superb. This is the second time that we have used Go Real and I highly recommend it for their organization, ideas and support.

When we traveled it was great to have…travel guide on the first day When we traveled it was great to have someone there to take us to our accommodation and then help us on our way to the next location.
