I received immediate responses. great advice. no matter how many times I changed our schedule we were accommodated. they went out of their way to find restaurants, tailor tours exactly to our specifications. our tour guide Regina was extremely knowledgeable, relaxed, and super extremely patient with us. from beginning to end, we received great service, great advice and a guiding hand. definitely recommend!

The itinerary she created for my trip was outstanding, and she assisted with a great many changes and last minute requests. Oh, and did I mention this was a Christmas trip? The most difficult time of the year for reservations? She handled it all with aplomb, understanding and perfection. I really cannot recommend her enough. Brilliant, wonderful lady.
