Happy tourists from The Land Of Down Under ! My daughter and I booked two tours direct from Australia for our holiday prior to coming to Hawaii in June. TravelShack provides quality vacation excursions that make precious vacation days special. I booked three different daytrips with TravelShack for my Big Island 10 day vacation. I actually only participated in the Stargazing on Mauna Lea and snorkeling aboard one of the Fairwinds boats. Through no fault of TravelShack my third excursion was canceled (I was the only person signed up for an eight mile bike ride in the Volcano National Park on a Thursday). I received a timely refund of the cost of this failed booking. And note that a different day was offered but just did not fit into my schedule. The stargazing and snorkeling trips were flat out fantastic. The service providers, the food provided, and the content of the trips were top of the heap. I have no hesitation in recommending Tyler Szabo and staff at TravelShack to anyone looking into booking their vacation daytrips.

Rodney = Great Hana trip!! Rodney, Rodney, Rodney!! Excellent guide! Excellent BBQ! Best of all is that Rodney put the “island spirit “ back into Maui! Good experience booking with … Good experience booking with TravelShack. They personally reach out to you and are pretty responsive to emails. It is almost like a personal travel agent. The reward program they have are great as well. The 2 activities I chose were both great experiences, the people were super nice and had a wonderful time.
