GBAgent Robert Now let me tell you , I never used a travel agent for booking due to previous bad experiences and I travel a lot . However, Robert has changed the game for me . I just concluded a booking to Dubai for my birthday in October . Robert was super patient with me because I was undecided on destination . I finally decided and he gave me exactly the hotels I wanted and even threw in a surprise upgrade for my birthday . Booking was super stress free, seamless and effective. GBDream Vacation This was my first time using an online travel agency. So far Halo Holiday customer service has been more than exceptional. Steve Smith my agent has been amazing and very helpful. He has booked a dream vacation to the Maldives for me and my girlfriend. Booking a VIP all inclusive 5 star resort with an over the water villa for us and not to mention booking our round trip flights and transfers once we get there to the island. Steve Smith has also made this amazing for me by offering affordable and flexible payment arrangements. He’s always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have.
