ALL GUIDES ROCK!! All of the guides on all of our adventures were fun, informative, and experienced. This was our 2nd year visiting and doing great activities, i.e. zipping, white water rafting, bridge walking, hiking, etc. Some activities we wanted to do were booked or closed for the season so we'll know what to do to next time. Highly recommend A.O.T.G.!!

Wonderful Rafting and Cabin! Had a wonderful experience rafting the Lower Gauley River on the first day of the dam release. It was my first time on the Gauley but had rafted the Lower New River twice. Our guide, Erin, was very experienced and managed to guide a raft of 4 of 6 newbies to rafting down the river with no upsets. Yay! Also, we stayed in a Kaymoor One cabin that was clean and nicely accommodated. We enjoyed our stay despite the pandemic situation.

First time white water rafting & ...... This was my first white water rafting trip and so I wasn't sure what to expect. However, you guys are so organized and informative that it was a breeze to go through. Our guide Rob Ho was amazing and we are all looking forward to coming back next year. Thanks for an exceptional experience!!

Our Guide was incredible Our Guide was incredible! Very knowledgeable and helped me stay calm the entire time while focusing on the task. I was nervous yet excited but with Zak as our guide and all the guides I never felt uncomfortable or that someone wasnt looking out for us. Definitely an experience of a lifetime highly recommend going with this place!

Check-in was easy Check-in was easy. Cabins were clean as always. Guides were professional, fun and personable. Virus response was good, even when all around (Beckley, etc) did not take it seriously. Some of us traveling from harder hit areas know differently. Overall, reliably good and consistent.
