A good test for a tour company is ... A good test for a tour company is how they manage unexpected emergencies. Via Tours Croatia, together with our guide Stella, passed this test with flying colours. Nature’s bad weather required a change in itinerary; officious border guards needed “creative” solutions. All were handled with good grace, and communicated well to the group. We were a friendly group to start with, and both Stella and Ivana added their extensive local knowledge and humour. Sometimes the true test of an excellent partner is when the planning process is not smooth. This was the case with a recent client trip. No matter what challenges my clients threw at me (& there were a lot) Via Croatia & Virna in particular, was undeterred & committed to finding an excellent solution quickly. They were a true partner always making me look good. In the end, the clients were thrilled with their trip. I don’t believe I could have pulled off such a successful trip with anyone else as a partner.

The guides were wonderful in every way The guides were wonderful in every way. The hotels provided were well located and exceeded the expectation. The use of time was just right.... enough to thoroughly enjoy each area and extra time to explore further if needed. The meals provided were terrific. Transportation vehicles were up to date and drivers were helpful, including the various boats. The drivers were very knowledgeable and able to save time and crowds by knowing all the local tricks. I would love to make another visit.
