Kervin has now planned two totally custom solo trips for my husband and myself, first to Thailand five years ago and now Japan. He is especially in tune with my accomodation tastes and even managed to get us in one of the hardest to book Ryokans in Japan for an incredible 3 night stay. Kervin is also fun to talk with on the phone and always has time for lengthy discussions of our trip plans and specific needs. Overall excellent tour We just returned from a two week tour in China put together by Explorient. Overall we were very satisfied with the guides, drivers and itinerary . We had a problem with a canceled flight in X'ian which resulted in chaos at the airport. We did not have a working emergency contact number which was also frustrating . Other than that our trip was wonderful and working with Kervin was a very good experience.

The tour was a lot of fun and the tour guides were very cordial, informative, reliable, experienced and helpful. (Especially Khai do in Saigon and the guide in Hai Noi).
