Dacey's Tours was a truly wonderful… Dacey's Tours was a truly wonderful experience. David has put together a varied and completely delightful itenerary with very knowledgable and interesting facts and history about Cornwall. Travelling with a small tour is SO much better than climbong in and out of a huge bus with 40 people. You will be gobsmacked by the stunning beauty of the Cornish coastline over and over. If you are lucly enough to attend a performance at the Minack Theatre you will never forget the awesome location, literally carved in a cliff looking out at the ocean. The hotels were very nice (and quirky!) , delicious full breakfast every morning, and a full but not harried tour every day. I think this tour is a bargain for the price and you will love the journey.

This was an amazing trip through Cornwall. This was an amazing trip through Cornwall lead by tour director David Warner. His attention to detail and the sites we visited made this trip memorable. I loved the small group size (max 14) as it led to a more intimate experience. We visited so many villages in Cornwall, each unique, we saw castles, historic sites and were able to wander at our leisure throughout the villages. David gave us guidance but then we had time to wander at our pace. It was a great mix of planned and free time. We stayed at first class hotels and ate lots of wonderful food. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting a deeper dive into the UK and especially the Cornwall area. I enjoyed this tour so much I am planning on doing his Tour 2 itinerary in the next year or so.

Fantastic experience in a great area of England I would consider this to be a great tour. The tour guide (David), who has lived in the area, has an obvious love of Cornwall and is anxious to share the beauty with others. The van drivers (Ed and Steve) added to the fun of the drives. Both men live in the area and can share stories (and jokes) about the areas. I loved that David would take you to a place, tell you about the area, give suggestions and then let you go and explore (or not) on your own. My husband and I are hikers so we hiked and walked as much as possible. Others in our group were shoppers and they could spend time doing what they enjoyed. You can make this vacation exactly the type of vacation you want!! The hotels were comfortable, clean and very "European" (don't expect a king sized bed). We loved every place we stayed not only for the atmosphere of the inns, but for the great food!! Here are some things that I loved about the area: the food was delicious, I mean REALLY delicious, the scenery was breath taking, the people (everywhere) were incredibly nice, the hiking, shopping and pubs were plentiful and delightful. I could go on and on. I don't know how I lucked upon this tour, but I feel like I hit the jackpot when we signed up for it. I saw an area of England that is not heavily touristy but some of the most beautiful countryside I have ever experienced. Thank you David for offering this tour!!!

Cornwall Adventure Our tour of Cornwall was wonderful despite a couple of rainy days. Every stop was interesting and the views were glorious! We dipped our toes in the English Channel, touched the standing stones, ate pasties, visited castles, walked over a suspension bridge, hiked through beautiful gardens and overall had an amazing trip! Bring your walking shoes! I highly recommend!

Discover your Cornish Dreams You may not realise you have Cornish Dreams until you do this tour, but Dacey’s makes them all come true. Such a fun trip with a smaller than the usual tour group of people, the scenery and excursions are amazing. From the atmospheric Tintagel to the soft beaches of St Ives, plus the wonderful gardens at Heligan, Eden and Lanhydrock. Enjoy comfortable hotels with great breakfasts and watch out for the fun fact and joke of the day 😀. Highly recommended.
