We did a half day rafting trip with … We did a half day rafting trip with Wilderness Aware Rafting this past summer and had a BLAST. The guides are fun and goofy while still being very professional. Their funny banter and interesting facts about the region made the rafting even more enjoyable. We will be back!

Simply the best Outstanding experience. Guides are experienced, safety conscious, and all-around great people. Safety always comes first and you’ll always feel you’re in great hands. Bret Reimer is fantastic. Wouldn’t use anyone else.

I have rafted with Wilderness Aware a… I have rafted with Wilderness Aware a few time in AZ and most recently on the Arkansas River in CO. I've had nothing but good experiences each time. The staff is always professional, courteous and well trained. Safety is a top concern for these guys and when a few of us ended up in the drink going through some huge white water, the guides were instantly into action and got everyone back in the raft quickly and safely. These are my go to guys when it comes to white water rafting. If your rafting in CO, ask for Roscoe, his knowledge and humor made a great day even better!

Safety First Safety First! Then fun will easily follow, from the routes they take down Colorado River to the staff who really look out for you and are entertaining with humor at the same time. They are river historians, nature enthusiasts and are stewards of our natural resources and great to travel with them. Instruction is complete. Equipment is state of the art (back to safety first). The lunch time was very good, plentiful and relaxing. I will go with them again!
