They are obviously very experienced, detail oriented and very helpful. I applied Q2 visa, which is unlike the past years much simpler process. There's long form to fill and it's very finiky about your photo that can be uploaded into the form, not to mention many support documents required. And some instruction is not clear. Leon and Eric going back and forth had me corrected mistakes,even missing digit in my application, every step was precise and promptly. I received the visa 3 days ago which was almost a week ahead of what I estimated arrival. I'm extremely grateful for their help and will use their services again in future.
