The van was perfect — very comfortable, enough power for those crazy San Francisco hills, discrete enough to park in back streets if you don’t have campground access. Pick up / drop off were seamless for us and Mike was very responsive and accommodating of some late requests from us. Really appreciate all your help Mike and would love to rent again from you guys! Great experience! Great experience, super communication. This was something totally different for us and now it’s gonna be our ‘new thing’. Everything was exactly as stated and pickup and drop off at different locations was completely smooth and effortless. Will for sure use this company again for this type of service!!

Better luck next year . . . We had to cancel our trip due to COVID. Booking on the AIYRE site was straightforward. Once established, communication about the cancellation and deposit refund was outstanding. We will rebook next year with AIYRE if that is possible! I took off one star because it was difficult to find contact information from the contract or website. Hopefully a responsive phone number would have been provided at vehicle pickup; otherwise, I would have been worried had problems arisen during the rental. Update: Mike says that the contract template has since been changed to provide better contact info. Five stars!

Renting two vans on Turo I have been renting two vans on Turo for four years, and this summer of 2023 I decided to place them on consignment with AIYRE Pacific Camper Vans. Mike and his team picked up the vans from me in May and returned one in September and the other in October, so I had several months of truly passive income. AIYRE took care of reservations, cleaning, and maintenance. Overall, my net earnings were similar when compared to renting the vans on Turo but with a lot less work on my part. The mileage driven during the consignment was considerably more than the usual local Turo rentals and there were continuing repair costs, but no deliveries/recoveries, no car washing or cleaning, and no gasoline or other routine maintenance costs. Payments were made on time and I am satisfied with the condition of the vans upon return. I plan to lease my vans to AIYRE next year as well. Impeccable service Impeccable service. Unmatched pricepoint. Great van and amenities. Only negative is I wish cooking utensils were newer/cleaner. Otherwise everything you could hope for is there. Highly recommended and will always choose this company for my west coast road trips when possible. Please take over the rockies.
