When it started to exceed our budget, she worked with us to find ways to cut costs while still ensuring we included our main priorities. Everything worked like a charm. We had a fabulous time!

Vaya helped us plan the right trip for our needs....highly recommended! Typically, we plan all of our own vacations. In this case we didn't have the time to do the research, so we found Vaya on the internet. After a few phone conversations about what we wanted to accomplish, James K. worked with us to design our itinerary. We were pleasantly surprised at every turn with the guides, transportation and hotels he booked. Our adventure was enhanced greatly by the friendliness and experience of the people Vaya uses for these trips.

On our trip to the Arctic Circle in August, our fellow passengers were delightful, and we seemed to all share common interests and a real desire to experience this new and interesting wonderland. The trip provided us with a whole new appreciation for the lives of the Inuits who live in the region. We were very fortunate to have two Inuits on board to share their thoughts and experiences of growing up in the remote villages of the Arctic. We can’t thank Gabrielle and Vaya enough for recommending this cruise with Aurora Expeditions. Even under some challenging weather conditions the expedition team made the journey exciting and fulfilling. Can’t wait for our next trip in April.

Excellent Customer Service My wife and I recently returned from a 3 week trip to The Atacama Desert and Patagonia. We worked with James Kinard from Vaya to plan the vacation, and everything (including the weather ) went off without a hitch. Transfers were great and the properties fantastic. James went above and beyond for us tracking down silverware that we fell in love with, but were unable to find when we returned home. We would definitely reccommend Vaya and James Kinard to anyone planning travel in South America.

Fantastic South America Vacation Fantastic experience for my entire family! The guides were great and the lodging greatly exceeded my expectations. All of the accommodations were excellent, but a special shout-out to El Mapi! All guides were great. German Cruz in Peru was particularly helpful and insightful. Gretchen was impeccable in making sure we had everything we needed. My daughter cannot eat gluten, and she was extremely helpful in making sure that we would not have any problems.
