Save Yourself Heartache and call British Passport Pro If you have any visa and/or passport issues, you have to contact British Passport Pro. Zana made an otherwise confusing process flow seamlessly. Could I have applied for a new passport myself, after having lost it years ago? Yes, I could have. However, Zana walked me through every step, told me exactly what I needed, reviewed the documents before I sent them and was there anytime I had a question.
