As a pilot I have to move from hotel… As a pilot I have to move from hotel room to hotel room very frequently. This bag meets all my needs as well is easy to transition from hotel to hotel with as well as loading in and out of aircraft’s and Uber. Only thing I would love to see is the same bag in leather.

The best quick trip bag you will ever need! My bag was sent out in a timely manner and I received it as promised by your company. Once I opened it the packaging was very nice and professional. The bag itself is everything I thought it would be. It is amazing quality and very practical for what I look for in a travel duffel. I just used it for a three day trip to Las Vegas and I was able to put 2 pairs of shoes, and 4 days of clothes including a suit in it. Plenty of room in there for all of my travel needs so much so that I didn’t have a need to check a bag in at the airport. Just my travel bag. You guys hit it out of the park with this one. Great job!!

Communication is lacking. I paid for express shipping as I wanted to use the bag for upcoming travel. Not only did I not receive the bag before my trip, but my emails (sent after the trip was over) asking for an update on my order went unanswered. It was only after I posted a comment on social media that someone responded. I replied to the response, and again there was no communication or update provided. I took to social media (again) which created a response. I did finally receive my items and have been using them. They seem to be holding up quality wise, as I am hard on bags. My hope is that the product will last considering the price.

Cheap products no customer service… Placed my order but no shipping information was available so I had no idea when the bag would arrive. Emailed customer service for status. No reply but the bag arrived the day before I needed it. The zippers are flimsy but with a little effort will work. Since I was going to a tropical climate so my bag was packed lightweight clothes for a brief trip. Nonetheless on my first use the strap broke at the clasp. This made the bag very annoying to get up and down narrow walk ways and resulted me in leaving my favorite water bottle at gate because my hands were full with my boarding bag and the strapless bag. I got back from my trip and emailed customer service. More than a week later still no reply hence my review. Go with any other company. Don’t waste your money.
