Unavailable flights appearing in search results. When trying to pay, THREE of the options presented for a two leg flight returned the result “one or more flights is no longer available” (or words to that effect). I searched again and the exact same flights showed up the second time, with the same “unavailable” error message. I retried numerous times over two days always with the same result. If it’s not available, why is it showing up in the search results? Seems like a pretty fundamental error.

The agent was extremely professional… The agent was extremely professional and kind. He knew what he was doing. He was very veryyy helpful and called me back exactly 20 minutes after like i requested him to and updated the payment details that were required

Terrible Customer Service I went online to purchase a flight and after inputting my credit card information I received an error message stating that there wasn’t enough seats for my booking. I later booked with a different company and then noticed flight hub charged my visa for the purchase. I called flight hub to ask for a refund and they refused. I will never book through them again and would never refer them to anyone. Very poor customer service!

new on flighthub Hi , Almost every summer I have been traveling from Canada to visit friends and family in Europe. Previous years I did get tickets directly from the airlines. This year I did purchase tickets from flighthub and so far think it is a better choice than booking directly from the airlines.

Booked my flight but was charge double… Booked my flight but was charge double the amount on my credit card. ($1800 instead of $900). Tried to call customer service but no answer after being on hold for an hour. Automated system says to wait while the fees work themselves out. Meanwhile, my pre authorized payments being declined. Wouldn’t use this platform to book flights. Try Expedia or Kayak much better.
