CAI mistyped my travel dates but was… I mistyped my travel dates but was easily able to find information on customer service. They replied within 2 days with exceptional service. They changed my dates with the hotel, no questions asked and sent the new receipt in timely fashion.

BZParksleepfly is a scam!! The hotel got the reservation for the room but did not receive payment for car being parked there and charged me $8 per night to park there. Parksleepfly is a scam.

GBWonderful! Great room, clean, comfortable. Planes rather noisy but customer service was great. People were helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay again.

GBWorst stay ever Was booked for a 1st floor but on arrival told none was available. Took over an hour for pick up. Only one wash cloth for double occupacy room. No microwave or refrigerator. No coffee in room. Sink did not drain. No shampoo, one small bar of soap. We have stayed here several times once or twice a year without the above problems. When I calmly explained my displeasure to front desk woman. No response, no explanation, no apology. New management no management? I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place.
