My family booked 3 helicopter tours of… My family booked 3 helicopter tours of the Grand Canyon through Adrenaline (booking agent) for Papillion Helicopter. Papillion was great with communication, professionalism, etc. The issue was with Adrenaline. Our tour was initially canceled by Papillion due to high winds and rescheduled for the next day, which ended up being cancelled as well due to snow (in April)!! We were leaving the area and unable to rebook, Papillion said the refund would be processed in 7-10 days. After day 10, I checked with Papillion who said Adrenaline was holding it up and to call them ($811 total paid). I called Adrenaline and the employee was terrible stating that I had to APPLY for a refund - you've got to be kidding me. He wanted to make sure that we didn't take the flight and then try to scam them for the refund. I suggested we conference call Papillion, which he refused and said he would follow his procedure. I advised that I was losing patience as I shouldn't have to wait for a refund due to the Papillion cancelling. He continued to be rude and I advised I would file a fraud claim with my bank if the funds were not returned. He was terrible and ultimately said he would look into it. Another week and no communication. I called back and spoke with another agent at Adrenaline who was able to look up the reservation and said that another employee had stalled processing - yay Adrenaline!. She said there was no reason for this and immediately issued the refund, within the hour. WTH? Long story short, book directly through Papillion Helicopter (Papillion.com) or whichever tour company you need. Omit this nightmare of a company. In the end, they kept $30+ dollars with no explanation. Put this company out of business. Yikes.

Don’t book your experience through adrenaline As soon as the booking went through Adrenaline sent me an email for all future communications to go through the helicopter company. Straight away I could see we paid $200 more than we should have ($699 directly or $899 through the aggregator site). That $200 was ONLY for a booking fee as they wiped their hands of all contact or issues afterwards. Luckily for us GSL Aviation were great. Don’t book using adrenaline! By all means use the site to find what activities you want to do, but don’t waste your hard earned money by giving them an exorbitant booking fee.

Jeff Delivered on a last minute request! Called in last minute for a New Year’s Eve helicopter tour over NYC and Jeff took the initiative of calling the vendor directly to ensure I got the last spot of the year. He was more excited than I was to have delivered on a big ask. So happy with this company and will definitely book in the future. Thank you, Jeff, for our little Christmas miracle!

Easy to do something cool I was trying to find something cool to do for an upcoming trip with my husband and this site had a bunch of really great recommendations and experiences for us. Rather than wasting time scrolling Instagram and blogs I was able to get a bunch of cool options for where we were traveling. Booking was also really easy and their team was super helpful with questions.

Several other customers have had trouble. They seem very shady and at the very least unprofessional and horrible customer service, if it is a legitimate business. Very shady! Ifly had no problem cancelling but couldn't because it accidentally went through Adrenaline, they make you think you are on the Ifly website. The Ifly even said they do not like Adrenaline and alot of their customers have trouble with them. If theyre going to do the 3rd party thing, why not be open and let customers they are a 3rd party? Why not have professional customer service? Why not be up front ? Why not allow cancellations when the actual business allows it? If they did, I'd be looking on their website for other fun things. But now, from this shady experience, they seem like a scam, shady business. I called for over an hour before anyone would answer, then the guy was very unprofessional and said he'd call me back after he got home. Then I called several times and got through to a lady that said she was on break. She at first said shed have to talk to her manager, then she said have Ifly email them, when I pushed and out right asked if they were going to refund me she said no. They could've said that on their website or at the very least when I first called. Very unprofessional and shady. Absolutely seems like a scam.
