I was hesitant at first but can’t… I was hesitant at first but can’t recommend the service from Jaycob enough. I was left to find a flight out of Paris 24hours before departure and the team found me one which was $3500 AUD cheaper than anywhere else online.

Scam, Dishonest People in dodgy Company. We booked to travel from Perth to Dusseldorf in August 2020 with Aron Tendler, then Covid came so could not travel as flights were stopped, Aron told us that could not refund money but would give us a credit for future travel valid until end of 2025. We have not been able to get this credit honored and have been told lies and not answering our calls, they are now simply ghosting us and keeping our money that I know has been given back to them from Singapore Airlines. These guys are very Dodgy and I would not recommend using them as you may lose your hard earned money from these Scam artists. They even said that they were organising a refund at one stage but never came, we have also had dealings with Jaycob Tendler but these stopped when he realised who we were. This Company is very dishonest and should not be allowed to continue taking money from innocent people.

I have been using Business Class Club… I have been using Business Class Club for many years for my international travel. I find Jaycob to be efficient, professional and prompt. There was a time that the driver did not pick me up and Jaycob promptly refunded me. This last booking there was an issue receiving the tickets to my email, Jaycob phoned me direct and he then emailed the airline booking reference and I was able to download direct to the app. Business Class Club offers great value without compromising service I will continue to be a customer.
