Amazing museum 🔥 The museum was excellent! It is definitely worth visiting. Deducted one point for quite rude staff at the entrance, no museum maps and audioguide was not available. The staff lady never explained why it was not available for us and gave the audioguide device to people who spoke Italian and approached right after us.

Guide was informative and knew good job. Guide was informative and made sure group participated making tour interesting. Due to broken lift Mohamed our guide, was aware of senior members of the group having to stand for long periods of time. He suggested sitting whilst keeping position in line. He did well under circumstances. Queing was an issue.

We were very lucky finding ticket for… We were very lucky finding ticket for Disneyland via headout, because we had not booked our tickets and on our trip from Lille to Paris, we got informed that Disneyland dont sell tickets at the entrance :( Of course we couldnt say something to the children and i continued searching...finally i found headout and I was very very happy for this!!! Thank you once more for making our trip unforgettable !!

Delivered as promised Delivered as promised. We decided on what we wanted, found it was available from Headout, placed the order, and received confirmation within 2 hours, enabling us to do the visit the same day. Once downloaded the ticket got us straight through and into the museum.
