GBWhy there is no 0 star Why there is no 0 star ? Since that's what Fireboom deserves. I had to book my ticket and they told me to call to authenticate which I did just the next day, I spook to someone in financial department, I have confirmed that I am the cardholder and give my consent, the next day I have received an email telling me that my ticket has been voided because I didn't call, so, I don't know if they have a call log, do they know who called them ? because after 1 week I called back the guy said to me we didn't get your call. It's clearly zero. Of course I will never deal with this teenagers company

GBFirst after my booking First after my booking, my credit card didn't go through, so I called customer service. There were some issues about the charge of the transaction. Then after there was an error charge. However, the problem was solved with the operation manager, Jason Garcia. It was helpful. I am happy about the service and how the manager cares for his customers.
