First after my booking First after my booking, my credit card didn't go through, so I called customer service. There were some issues about the charge of the transaction. Then after there was an error charge. However, the problem was solved with the operation manager, Jason Garcia. It was helpful. I am happy about the service and how the manager cares for his customers.
