GBLast month i left a very poor review of… Last month i left a very poor review of Going. To net it out, not only did they fix the issue, but the issue itself was most likely caused by user error (me). Still not sure why i never received their emails from my prior complaints but they truly went above and beyond to make sure ther issue was fixed and i was satisifed, I am impressed!

FRYou put me on automatic renewal which… You put me on automatic renewal which is did not want. the service is hard to understand and I have just snooped at it. I was slipped into a membership that I did not request, then renewed.

DOHad purchased a 1 year membership back… Had purchased a 1 year membership back when it was Scott’s cheap flights. Then the covid shutdown happened. Hadn’t logged in, received any flight deals, never even gave a notice that the name changed. Yet they took my info and enrolled me for 3 years. Refused to give a refund. Hadn’t even logged in. Got a weird notice from my bank and realized they had done this. Caution

GBGoing has helped me get great flights for cheap! Going has helped me get great flights for cheap! Even if I don't use the exact dates they are showcasing, it helps by telling me when certain airlines and certain destinations are at a lower price. I got to use premium for a little bit to see the domestic flights as well as international and I can say it was absolutely worth it if you fly a lot! Going's articles are useful for frequent travelers and their deals are always amazing! Love their customer service!

GBI recently joined and right off the bat… I recently joined and right off the bat took advantage of a cheap ticket to Rome. Since that trip I have upgraded to the paid membership to see how extensive the offers are, let's say I am not disappointed. I am retiring in 2025 and can't wait to explore the world knowing it is more affordable with great deals from going.com What sealed the deal is that I have had communication with customer service via email and they were quick to respond with great follow up.
