GBWe had used their services for Athens We had used their services for Athens, Santorini and Mykonos trip last year with great customer service, guides, airport pickups, excursions, hotels and overall a pleasant experience. Keeping that in mind, we did japan tour in April 2024 which lacked everything. Not a pleasant trip.

GBOur tour guide Izumi was so great Our tour guide Izumi was so great. She gave us a lot of information about Japan, always made sure we were comfortable, helped us when we needed help and always smiling! Our bus driver was great too. They both made for a very pleasant trip. We were very pleased with how smoothly everything went. We will use affordable world again and again! This is our second trip with them and both times have been fantastic.

GBTours were a bit rushed & food situation was C- Tours were a bit rushed, and food situation was very poor… We were often starving and had to eat at 7-Eleven or nibble on snacks. Would have preferred less but more meaningful slower tours to learn more and made group stops at restaurants to make sure everyone ate, and learned what to order. Mt.Fiji hotel was horrible (1 star) and food was beyond horrible but the view was magnificent! Loved the country, the people and the culture and most of the tour stops were wonderful.
