We had a few planning sessions with our tour operator (over the phone and online) and were able to get an incredible itinerary planned out with our tour operator, Misky Travels. We were prepared and not very stressed. We would definitely use kimkim again! Our one drawback was that we would recommend that the tour operators provide an itemized breakdown of costs.

Thank you Kim Kim. Brazil trip was amazing My family and I toured Brazil for March break. We went with Kim Kim and right from the quotes to responding to my query on time, Renata was spot on. Always had a fear to visit Brazil especially Rio with the amount of thefts going on. Thankfully our trip was amazing with no incident of any sorts. Both our travel guides, in Rio as well as Foz do Iguaçu were beyond amazing. From airport pickup to seeing places, everything was very well organized. I will definitely recommend Kim Kim hands down.

I am so thrilled with how our vacation… I am so thrilled with how our vacation to Italy turned out. I have never been before so I was very anxious and did not know where to start. Our trip planner Irene was phenomenal. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions. Her communication exchanges were prompt, very polite and educated. She even accommodated some trip changes with ease and worked with our budget effectively. We did a 10-day trip over Venice, Florence and Rome and it was more than we could have imagined. The hotels, transfers and the tours that were chosen for us were excellent. Everything went so smoothly and made the trip extremely enjoyable. Grandma / Grandpa trip to Scotland Aleksandra, did a marvelous job in helping us with this trip to Scotland. Using third parties, in setting up reservations is very challenging, and often there are surprises along the way. However, Aleksandra was engaged and in close contact with us during the entire trip.
