GBI lost over 100,000 miles by using Cash… I lost over 100,000 miles by using Cash for My Miles. Airlines locked my account and all was lost. They talked to me a lot about it, but offered no actual help or assistance and only said they warned me... but their warnings were "like nothing ever happens but it could" when I did the offer and after my miles were lost they painted another picture saying my airlines was the worst for having issues
