NALTP has the system down pat! NALTP has the system down pat! Initially it was a little challenging to find the physical lot - the roads around the airport are a mess and Apple Maps put the destination at an adjacent industrial property. But once we got past that everything went very smoothly. The shuttles were prompt and the drivers were very professional and helpful both ways. Lot felt very well tended and secure. Also easy to reserve and pay. Awesome not have had to stress about this part of our trip.

I love this company I love this company. Their rates are very competitive, the van picks you up right where you've parked, the staff is always friendly and courteous, and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes at the terminal for a pickup. I've tried a bunch of other off-site companies, but I've never liked one better than this one. I just used them for a Christmas week vacation and the experience was as great as usual. I believe this is the fifth or 6th time I've used them.

Employees and drivers were courteous and helpful, loaded our bags, asked us for the terminal and helped us unload for our flight. Upon return, the shuttle arrived within ten minutes of our call, and dropped us off directly at our car, and the driver unloaded our bags. Excellent service!

Thanks Again, NALTP! Had a bit of an issue finding the lot’s new location, but once resolved — it was an easy, professional and efficient experience getting to and from the airport. Note that due to airport construction, the shuttle bus was required to drop us off at “arrivals” which then required more time to get to check-in. Certainly no fault of their own, but be ready to plan for any potential time delays. We also liked not having to call for a pick up upon our return — the bus arrived within minutes of our exiting baggage claim. We look forward to another opportunity to us NALT Parking!

Everything was very smooth and I would… Everything was very smooth and I would generally recommend. The one downside is that I wanted for a shuttle outside, where they require you to wait, for over 30 minutes. I called after waiting for 20 minutes to ask where they were, and it took another 15 minutes for them to show up. Note - it takes about 8 minutes to get from Terminal A to the parking lot and takes about 11 minutes to get from the parking lot to Terminal A. I mention this because it still took 15 minutes after I called for them to show up. This was not a fun part after my trip, but I would still use them again as they are pretty convenient.
