GBI had nonrefundable tickets and… I had nonrefundable tickets and suddenly a date was set to spread my father's ashes, during my trip to Vegas. I've had to reschedule everything and was looking at losing 246 dollars because of all this. The agent Leslie helped me get the tickets rescheduled and I even got better seats. She was so helpful, I'm so excited to vist Vegas for the first time.

GBI was able to find the show I wanted, with great options! I was able to find the show I wanted to take my brother and sister to on the date we all planned, on our trip to Vegas. It gave us options for dates, times and seats that were affordable and good seating was still available. Easy to pay with many different options there as well.

GBStill good weather in that desert. Ms. Crystal was sensational over the telephone with me. She was very calm, informative and no noisy clutter chaos in background which was a welcome relief. Even hearing the different reasons for those dreaded resort fee's gets entertaining when most folks feel resort fee's are to help pay off Allegiant Stadium, T-Mobile Arena and the A's new baseball field.
