GBOutstanding passenger service Trinity was great and reassuring while helping me. I have never used a service like this and she walked me through it. She was so patient and I called her back many times. We finally found flights that worked domestically for me. She definitely spent time with me and when I asked her why, she politely said that she hoped to earn my business when seeking international flights. She is very professional.

PHTravelers Beware! Traveler, BEWARE! I booked (with Travis) two round-trip Business Class tickets to the Philippines for a one-year stay. He explained that the return flight could only be booked six months out from the outbound flight and promised that CEOFLIGHTS would "rebook" that flight when we were 6-7 months out - with only a $300/ticket change fee. We've reached that point and when I contacted Travis, he responded that the rebooking was no longer an option (due to changes "by Philippine Airlines"). We are now expected to pay an additional $4,600 for our return flight. A company that won't stand behind their promises is a company to be avoided!!!
