He went through each flight optionfirst and when he finished, I selected and purchased the flight option rightaway that he suggested even though it was slightely more expesnive because it was the logical choice. It proved to me that he understood my requirements. For a business and and a service, that is critical. The staff at Delhi Gate were quite rude… The staff at Delhi Gate were quite rude inspite of them knowing the incoming us late kept infor.ing flyers that the are on time ! -- Buying a Biz ticket Has no value since the Lounge is closed and have to hang around in common area - at time if purchase thr website should inform buyers of this or other arrangement should have been made to share lounge with other carrier I flew fro. Usa with connecting in Delhi had to spend 5-1/2 hrs + delayed flt in common area - better off buying Indigo or AI
