Satisfied Customer I made my reservation with Victor when calling. I was very happy he was my agent. As a Senior, we don't understand alot of things and Victor was very patient, kind and very informative. I was confident he was getting me the best deal and didn't make me feel I was bothering him with all my questions. He was respectful had a pleasant personality and was comfortable talking with him.
