GBOur almost 3 week trip to Antarctica… Our almost 3 week trip to Antarctica aboard the Sea Spirit was beyond our expectations. Every staff member we ran into (crew, expedition, hotel and kitchen) were kind and gracious. The lectures were all informative and thoughtful. The landings were amazing. The food was superb. The accommodations were great. It was an expedition trip and you had to roll with what was possible that day and what wasn't. Not a problem at all for us. We've traveled around the world quite a bit and this was the most memorable trip we've taken.

PYLOVED EVERYTHING!! Best vacation so far!! Loved everything, especially highly professional team, that organised the whole trip super safe and on a highest level, the crew that does the cleaning and provides the food literally 24/7, the expedition team was super and the program, lectures, communication - everything couldn’t be better. I miss the cruise! And the best part of course the wild nature, animals. It’s a pity there are strict rules nowadays due to the flu and we couldn’t get closer, but it’s the right thing to protect the nature. Will be back for sure!

AUANTARCTICA JANUARY 2023 Like others I too was very disappointed that we did not get to our planned destination and would like to make two points: 1. I recall a meeting at which an alternative was discussed, cancel the polar plunge and meet our goal. A show of hands indicated the plungers were a small minority but the expedition leader said the planned plunge would not be cancelled. I understand only 20 people actually went on the plunge. Why didn’t the majority count? 2. On another expedition cruise we have taken I felt that land treks were better handled. Details of the trek conditions and distance were made very clear, and alternative shorter walks were also offered. Trek maps were even included. I am not saying this would have prevented this accident, but at least it recognized that less fit people should have a choice. It would be nice to complete the journey another time but for us it won’t be with Poseidon.

GBThe expedition team were enthusiastic The expedition team were enthusiastic, flexible, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone on the ship was there working to make our trip, one of a lifetime. The captain and team went out of their way to give us the best chance of spotting wildlife. The USB slideshow of the trip’s highlights given to every passenger as a parting gift was a lovely touch. Ship M/V “Sea Spirit” was very comfortable and the food was delicious. The team dealt with a very tricky situation (SAS strike) in a calm, professional manner. Keeping everyone informed at all times and being as accommodating as possible

GBThis was an amazing trip-Adventure of a… This was an amazing trip-Adventure of a lifetime! We had a wonderful time seeing the timeless beauty of Antarctica and the incredible animals which inhabit it. The guides were very knowledgeable and excited to share it with us. The crew members were all very friendly and accommodating. The onboard restaurant was awesome. There was a large variety of expertly prepared food choices served by an amazing wait staff. The Sea Spirit was clean, modern and comfortable. The whole package was well worth the money spent.
